This could nicely describe how Sen. Richard Gordon is operating the Senate Blue Ribbon committee, notably in dealing with detained ex-Customs commissioner Nicanor Faeldon.

Gordon on Tuesday mentioned he could permit Faeldon to go house if Faeldon refuses to attend the Senate investigation on how P6.Four billion value of shabu slipped into the nation whereas below his watch.

But final Monday, Sept. 11, Lacson moved to revive protecting custody for Taguba, who he mentioned could present extra data on payoffs within the BOC.

Also in earlier hearings on the P6.Four-billion shabu cargo, Gordon had monopolized the proceedings, reducing off different senators who had needed to ask their questions.
