Senator Antonio Trillanes IV on Thursday stated he held no malice when he questioned Bureau of Customs (BOC) Commissioner Nicanor Faeldon on the unabated corruption in the company.

“Actually, I did not take those personally. Yung mga pinagsasabi nya sa akin, ito role ko ito sa imbestigasyon,” Trillanes stated.

“It was a very straightforward question, ‘may corruption ba sa customs o wala?’ Pero talagang pinakita nya na binabastos nya ‘yung sagot nya sa akin,” he added.

The senator stated the BOC chief confirmed contempt not just for him but in addition for the total blue ribbon committee investigating the P6.four billion smuggled shabu from China when Faeldon disrespected him throughout the faceoff.

Trillanes and Faeldon had a “falling out” supposedly following their failed Oakwood mutiny in July 2003.
