There are extra good cops in the Philippine National Police, and Vice President Leni Robredo believes they will help save their establishment.

Robredo appealed to them to achieve this in her Sunday radio present, as the PNP faces backlash for the killings of 17-year-old Kian Loyd delos Santos, 19-year-old Carl Angelo Arnaiz, and 14-year-old Reynaldo de Guzman, or “Kulot”—three of dozens of minors killed, principally linked to the struggle in opposition to unlawful medicine.

“Kasi itong institusyon talaga…

The VP made an identical name final yr, asking the police to “do what is right” in the anti-drug struggle, by noting how her late husband, Jesse, inspired cops to do properly. Before his death, Jesse as Interior secretary initiated Police Patrol 2030, which supplies each cop an annual P10,000 Christmas bonus and elevated funding from P650 to P1,000, amongst others.
