US strategic bombers flew over the Korean Peninsula in a show of force in response to Pyongyang’s newest missile test, American officers have revealed.
US B-1B bombers alongside with South Korean and Japanese fighter jets took half in a 10-hour mission yesterday (Saturday July 29).
The manoeuvre adopted Pyongyang’s ICBM test launch on Friday, which Kim Jong-Un stated demonstrated his nation’s means to strike any goal in the United States.
“North Korea remains the most urgent threat to regional stability,” stated General Terrence O’Shaughnessy, Pacific Air Forces commander, in an announcement right this moment.
