The brother of Commission on Elections (Comelec) chairman Andres Bautista has dismissed rumors that he manipulated election leads to favor of Vice President Leni Robredo.
In an interview over ANC Monday (August 14), United States-based physician Martin Bautista described the allegation as a “complete lie.”
“Wala naman, puro chismis yun, unsubstantiated. To think, can a commissioner of the elections really change the outcome? I don’t think so,” he mentioned.
Marcos misplaced to Robredo by over 200,000 votes. He has a pending protest earlier than the Presidential Electoral Tribunal questioning her victory.
