(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte visited on Friday the Russian warship docked in Manila for a four-day goodwill visit.
The President arrived at Pier 15 of the Manila South Harbor previous four p.m.
He took photos with the Russian crew and Russian ambassador to the Philippines Igor Khovaev, and even posed for photos along with his signature closed fist.
At one level, the President was heard saying: “I am not afraid because Russia is with me.”
The warship, accompanied by a sea tanker, arrived in Manila on Thursday.
