PHLPost cited an “airline embargo” and “conveyance problems” as the explanations for the suspension, however didn’t elaborate.

It apologized for “any inconvenience this may have caused the public.”

For now, it mentioned it’s implementing measures to help the general public affected by the delay.

The company mentioned it is going to concern an advisory when the scenario has normalized.
