The camp of former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. wants Vice President Leni Robredo’s dwelling province of Camrines Sur included among the many pilot areas he has sought for manual recount for his electoral protest.

In his preliminary convention temporary his attorneys filed Friday, June 16, earlier than the Supreme Court (SC) sitting Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), Marcos recognized Camarines Sur amongst three provinces he sought as pilot areas for the manual recount.

The two different provinces are Iloilo and Negros Oriental.

“Nakapangalan na po doon, pinangalanan na po doon ni Sen. Marcos yung tatlong pilot provinces na kung saan unang rerebisahin at magkakaroon ng manual recount and judicial revision,” mentioned his authorized counsel, lawyer Vic Rodriguez, concerning the temporary which was filed.

“We are contesting 36,000 clustered precincts comprising 30 provinces, subalit nung kami po ay tumitingin na sa numero nakita namin ang katangi-tanging resulta ng halalan doon sa tatlong probinsya,” Rodrguez defined.

Election outcomes confirmed Robredo obtained 643,865 within the province in comparison with the 40,195 votes of Marcos.
