Vice President Leni Robredo has urged dad and mom and teachers to work collectively in order to create higher learning circumstances for Filipino college students.

In her speech earlier than the Antipolo City Federation of Parents and Teachers Association (PTA) Saturday (July eight), Robredo stated raising youngsters is a shared accountability of the dad and mom and the neighborhood.

“Iyong pagpapalaki at edukasyon ng ating mga anak ay responsibilidad pa din, hindi lang ng mga magulang, hindi lang ng mga guro, kundi ng komunidad,” she stated.

“’Eto pong tatlong ito – iyong komunidad, iyong mga magulang, mga guro – kayo po iyong dapat nagtutulung-tulong para sa mga magulang,” Robredo added.

The Vice President, who has three daughters, stated one stakeholder shouldn’t be solely blamed when a toddler doesn’t do nicely in college.

“Madalas mayroong kiskisan iyong mga magulang at mga guro. Hindi naman na siguro iyan matatanggal, pero isipin po natin na nakasalalay po sa ating lahat,” she stated.
