The Liberal Party (LP) on Wednesday mentioned denied allegations by Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II that its members provided cash to the parents of Kian Loyd delos Santos.

Aguirre claimed that the Delos Santos’ parents, Saldy and Lorenza have been provided P2 million by some LP members to enable them to use the death of their son for political propaganda.
LP members within the Senate are Minority Leader Franklin Drilon, Senate President Pro Tempore Ralph Recto, Senators Leila de Lima, Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan and Bam Aquino.
