President Rodrigo Duterte had his palms on full show when he posed for a portrait photograph on the day he gave his State of the Nation Address (SONA).
In a photograph shared by Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson, Duterte might be seen standing on the legislators’ lounge wanting on the digital camera, with his palms positioned on the facet.
The Philippine flag and the presidential seal have been behind him.
Uson shared the story behind the photograph.
Quoting the photographer, Uson mentioned Duterte was requested to put his palms contained in the pockets of his slacks.
In response, Duterte mentioned: “Sus, para man akong si Erap.”
The President’s reply drew laughter from the individuals in the room, Uson mentioned.
