A Filipino lawmaker is marking his nation’s Independence Day by calling for fee to consider a brand new name for the Philippines.

The proposed fee would given a 12 months to finish their work and a proposed finances of 30 million pesos.
Rep. Alejano, a former soldier, is a member of the opposition bloc within the House of Representatives.
