Albay Representative Edcel Lagman mentioned President Rodrigo Duterte has ignored the sentiments of the folks when martial legislation was declared over Mindanao.

“Seven in 10 Filipinos reject martial law even at a time of violence and terrorism,” mentioned Lagman who was one of many petioners.
