A Korean man accused of asking two underage ladies if he may sniff their feet before displaying them his penis insists he’s the sufferer of a “setup”.
Sing Hun Bae, who says he’s a lawyer, was filmed by GMA News at a barangay corridor in Parañaque City angrily protesting his innocence after two ladies have been allegedly seen fleeing from his van.
Visibly distressed, he shouted: “Do not be like this for foreigners. Do not setup it like this! This is setup!”
One of the youngsters, aged 15, stated that they have been strolling alongside President Avenue when Mr Sing stopped to ask for instructions from his automotive. She stated that he then requested them to get into his car, saying: “Can you come with me, I’ll not do anything to you.”
The woman stated that after they received into the car, Mr Sing started making lewd requests, at one level asking if he may sniff their feet.
After she turned down this unusual request he allegedly took out his penis and invited the ladies to contact it. When they threatened to report him, they stated he panicked and unlocked the door. The ladies then dashed out of the automotive.
Barangay ‘kagawad’ (councillor) Rey Casanova stated he noticed the ladies working from the car and went to verify on the state of affairs.
He added that that Mr Sing appeared “highly intoxicated” and started shouting the second he received out of his automotive.
Mr Sing dismissed the allegations in opposition to him and stated that he supplied the youngsters a experience as a result of he was heading in the identical route they have been.
