Senator Risa Hontiveros finds nothing humorous about President Rodrigo Duterte’s latest rape joke.
In a tweet posted Saturday (May 27), Hontiveros famous that rape is against the law. She added that it’s a violation of rights, which isn’t suspended by the declaration of martial regulation in Mindanao.
