A 21-year-old haunted by the sight of a seemingly doomed Carl Arnaiz could shed extra mild on the youth’s killing, Sen. Panfilo Lacson stated Monday.
Lacson stated the witness, who approached his workplace final week, saw Arnaiz inside a police automotive – earlier than Arnaiz was killed in what police claimed was a shootout.
Lacson stated the potential witness couldn’t neglect the “very vivid” sight of Arnaiz.
He stated the witness has had desires on the incident, the place each made eye contact.
But he stated the witness, who he described as 21 years outdated, was allowed to go residence final weekend so he might search permission from his dad and mom to testify.
Lacson stated the witness appeared to move preliminary credibility exams.
And hopefully ang testigong nagpunta sa office last Thursday mag-testify under oath at i-describe anong nakita niya,” he stated.
Lacson’s Senate committee on public order and harmful medication is to carry on Tuesday a listening to on current killings, together with these of Arnaiz and Kian delos Santos.
