Senator Sherwin Gatchalian has slammed Philippine National Police (PNP) Dir. Gen. Ronald dela Rosa’s follow of sending erring policemen to Mindanao as a substitute of discharging them from the police drive.
“That’s a sign of weakness in the management of our (police) force,” he mentioned.
“I always believe that ang cancer pag inilipat mo sa ibang bahagi ng katawan ay cancer pa rin. In order to remove cancer, you have to amputate it. Ganyan rin sa mga scalawags, dapat tanggalin ‘yang mga ‘yan sa pwuersa,” Gatchalian mentioned.
The senator seen the coverage being enforced by Dela Rosa as a child gloves therapy as he’s vocal in expressing his disgust within the method wherein the chief PNP is coping with issues on so-called police scalawags.
“Hindi tama na dadalhin pa sila sa ibang lugar,” mentioned Gatchalian.
