President Rodrigo Duterte has slammed the Oxford University in England over its research on his camp’s use of “keyboard trolls” for the 2016 elections and past.
In a press convention in Batasang Pambansa after his two-hour State of the Nation Address (SONA) Monday (July 24), Duterte mentioned he doesn’t want the assistance of trolls since doesn’t care about his recognition as President.
“I am not anymore eligible for reelection. I really don’t care if my ratings go up or down. That is not a significance to me,” he mentioned.
