The hovering death toll associated to President Duterte’s drug war has triggered public outrage on Twitter.
Some netizens have denounced the drug killings, together with the death of an harmless 17-year-old scholar, as an assault on human rights whereas others had been anxious the drug war is spiraling out of control.
