President Rodrigo Duterte has set one other three-day deadline to flush out ISIS-backed terrorists who took over Marawi City 18 days in the past.

“From the looks of it, by government, it would just be in a matter of days na lang siguro. Tingin ko lang. Three remaining — Nandoon na ang mga sundalo natin,” stated Duterte in an interview in Sultan Kudarat.

“Kailangan i-raise ang flag (on June 12, Independence Day),” he added.

Just hours earlier than, Armed Forces Spokesperson Restituto Padilla ‎introduced the army’s plan to raise the Philippine flag in Marawi City’s authorities middle on Monday to sign the deliberation of Marawi City.

This is the second three-day deadline introduced by Duterte in the final 5 days. Last June four, Duterte declared in a speech ‎that Marawi could be again in authorities palms in three days.
