President Rodrigo Duterte doesn’t thoughts the protests being readied by leftist teams for his Second State of the Nation Address (SONA) on July 24.

In reality, he even inspired them to proceed.

Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson shared Duterte’s message for leftist leaders when he met with them Tuesday evening (July 18) in Malacañang.

In a post on her Facebook web page, Uson quoted Duterte as saying throughout the assembly: “Sige mag-rally muna kayo, tapos mag-usap ulit tayo.”

Militant teams often stage a protest close to the Batasang Pambansa complicated in Quezon City to decry every administration’s failure to fulfill its guarantees.

Among the leftist leaders current within the assembly with Duterte had been Bayan Muna party-list Rep. Carlos Zarate, Kabataan party-list Rep. Sarah Elago, Bagong Alyansang Makabayan secretary basic Renato Reyes, former congressman Neri Colmenares and National Anti-Poverty Commission chairperson Liza Maza.
