President Rodrigo Duterte has provided a reward totaling P20 million for any info that may result in the capture of Abu Sayyaf chief Isnilon Hapilon and brothers Abdullah and Omar Maute.

Armed Forces of the Philippines chief General Eduardo Año stated Duterte allotted P10 million for the capture of Hapilon, stated to be the Islamic State’s (ISIS) “emir” or head within the nation.

A bounty of P5 million every has been placed on the Maute brother’s heads.

“The Armed Forces of the Philippines welcomes the pronouncement of President Duterte. We hope that this will bear significant accomplishments leading to the eventual arrest 
and neutralization of Isnilon Hapilon and the Maute brothers,” Año stated.

The United States already gives a $5-million reward for Hapilon’s arrest. He has an impressive arrest warrant for kidnapping with ransom and critical unlawful detention.

The Maute group is claimed to be defending Hapilon, who’s believed to be hiding in Marawi City.

Duterte has declared martial regulation in Mindanao because of the ongoing conflict between authorities forces and the Maute group.
