President Rodrigo Duterte has pointed to unlawful medication because the wrongdoer behind the phobia menace posed by the worldwide terrorist group ISIS in the nation.

In his speech on the Philippine Navy’s 119th anniversary in Davao City Wednesday (May 31), Duterte recalled warning police and army officers at their first command convention when he assumed workplace about terrorism.

He stated terrorists managed to acquire energy by being in cahoots with people concerned in the unlawful drug commerce.

“As I have warned the country before that Marawi was the bedrock of the manufacture of illegal chemical called the shabu. And there was a time when we declared the state of lawlessness and everything was being watched and raided in Central Mindanao,” Duterte stated.

The President stated drug cash was ready to fund the actions of the terrorists to the purpose they had been ready when authorities forces struck.

“And this is my take. Hinayaan kasi natin ang droga. So there was a time and until now that the terrorism activities in the Philippines is funded and fueled by drug money. Alam namin na wala masyadong tulong ang ISIS sa Middle East,” he stated.
