President Rodrigo Duterte has made no secret why he likes to encompass himself with ex-generals and it’s solely not as a result of most of his pals got here from the military and police.

Ay putang ina. Utusan ko ‘yung pulis, ‘Patayin mo doon para may bago tayong… We can choose another one’,” stated Duterte making mild of his frustrations over lazy authorities workers.
