Senator Antonio Trillanes IV is asking media why it has allowed a “murderer” like President Rodrigo Duterte to take over Malacanang.
Trillanes expressed disappointment over the obvious “failure” of the media and a few involved sectors to make the President accountable for his alleged wrongdoings.
“We kept on giving Duterte a free pass. Dapat babalikan natin (ang mga sinabi niya),” mentioned Trillanes in a media discussion board.
Trillanes is a critic of the President’s struggle on medicine as he accused him of involvement within the extrajudicial killings (EJKs) of suspected drug sellers and drug customers.
Trillanes ran for vice chairman within the May 2016 national elections and supported the presidential bid of Senator Grace Poe.
