Look who’s speaking!

Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo has slammed former President Aquino for his vanity in claiming there was no progress within the administration’s crackdown on unlawful medication.

Panelo reminded the previous President that there was truly a proliferation of the drug drawback throughout his six-year time period.

“Former President Noynoy Aquino’s comment on President Duterte’s war on drugs as being ineffective is shamelessly cocky and an outrageous chutzpah,” he wrote on Facebook.

“The criticism comes from someone under whose watch the drug menace proliferated in unsurpassed magnitude due to the previous administration’s either gross incompetence in curbing it or criminal neglect in stopping its spread,” he stated.

Unlike Aquino, he stated the nation wanted a President like Duterte “unschooled in refined hypocrisy and unscarred in corruptioin” to do away with unlawful medication within the nation.

“The war on drugs by the President shall continue until the last bastion of the drug syndicate is destroyed pursuant to his constitutional duty to serve and protect the people,” he stated.
