Detained Sen. Leila de Lima has deplored the growing demoralization plaguing the Department of Justice (DoJ) amid experiences that a few of its officers and workers had been pressured to adjust to “unreasonable orders.”
De Lima has challenged her former colleagues at the DoJ to “salvage” the division from gross mismanagement and additional embarrassment.
