President Rodrigo Duterte believes human rights don’t apply to criminals contemplating the struggling they inflict on their victims.

Speaking earlier than Filipino-American vacationers in the course of the 11th Ambassadors’ Tour Philippine reception in Davao City Friday (July 14), Duterte slammed human rights advocates anew for pushing him to consider the welfare of criminals.

He mentioned it was “not fair” for criminals to quote human rights to allow them to take pleasure in sure freedoms once they destroy different individuals’s lives.

“You have the right — human right to go around wherever you want, you’re a citizen of this Republic, you can travel, you have all the Constitutional right,” Duterte mentioned.

“Kaya ‘yang sa pasahero, wala naman tayong pera, anak natin magsakay ng jeep, sasaksakin, holdapin, kung anong pagawa. Pag-uwi, magsakay ng tricycle, a few kilometers away, pinatay na. And you just see these human rights idiots all around the world, ‘Ah, you know, human rights.’ That’s b*** s*** to me,” he added.

Duterte mentioned he has repeatedly warned criminals they are going to be killed in the event that they “destroy the country” by committing crimes in opposition to the youth.
