Commission on Audit (COA) found a number of transactions of senator Francis Pangilinan using his Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) or pork barrel from 2007 to 2009 questionable.

The 462-page report of COA confirmed tasks in Quezon City shouldn’t have documentary help and have been transacted questionably.
