President Rodrigo Duterte and Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) chairman Nur Misuari embraced one another like lengthy misplaced brothers after they met in Malacañang Thursday (August three).

Duterte was visibly thrilled to see Misuari, who got here to the Palace along with his spouse Tarhata, their son Abdulkarim, Yahodza Simpal, Utadz Abdul Asiz Amenudddi, and Yaser Lumbos.

Misuari was final seen in Malacañang on July 19 with the federal government and MNLF peace panels.

The MNLF chief was first seen by the general public after years in hiding in November 2016, when Duterte invited him to the Palace after the Pasig Regional Trial Court Branch 158 suspended his trial and arrest warrant over the 2013 Zamboanga siege.
