Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos ended up being relegated to the sidelines in the course of the commemoration of the National Heroes’ Day on the Libingan ng mga Bayani (LNMB) Monday (August 28) after the Presidential Security Group (PSG) moved her away from President Rodrigo Duterte.
