Philippine National Police chief Director General Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa has defended the reinstatement of Superintendent Marvin Marcos regardless of the legal charges he is dealing with in reference to the killing of Albuera, Leyte mayor Rolando Espinosa.
Facing reporters in Camp Crame Thursday (July 13), Dela Rosa mentioned Marcos ought to work since he continues to be on the federal government’s payroll.
