Malacaang on Friday declared a number of non-working holidays in Metro Manila subsequent week in time for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) Summit in Pasay City. Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea made the declaration by authority of President Rodrigo Duterte by way of Memorandum Circular No 18. The memorandum mentioned all authorities workplaces in the cities of Manila, Makati and Pasay would have non-working vacation on April 27, Thursday. It added that authorities and personal workplaces in Metro Manila would have a non-working vacation on April 28, Friday.
