He’s only a foot soldier.

Senator Antonio Trillanes IV thinks that Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II was left with no choice but to reverse his place on the murder charges against Supt Marvin Marcos and his crew, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Eastern Visayas (CIDG-8), as a result of President Rodrigo Duterte wished it performed that approach.

The Department of Justice has downgraded the charges against Marcos and his-co-accused for the killing of Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa from murder to murder which allowed them file bail and get out of jail as promised by Duterte in his earlier speeches.

Trillanes stated Duterte simply let the scenario calm down earlier than making his transfer.
Trillanes confused that the Senate has no intention of overturning the DOJ’s resolution, what it wished to know within the probe was an reason it made a 180-degree flip.

Pag lumabas yan dyan eh meron at merong pipiyok dyan,” stated Trillanes.

Aguirre claimed that he was “provoked” by senators into agreeing that the killing of Espinosa was premeditated and due to this fact a murder and never suicide.

“i would like to see him do that at ganyan ang sasabihin nya dito sa mga senador,” Trillanes stated.
